Asian Festival
In 2013, our first main event, the Asian Festival Dental Screening had 10 of us providing dental consultation and education to patients. Thanks to many people’s efforts, the festival grew larger every year.
By 2015, it became a full two-day event, serving over 200 patients, and included orthodontic screening.
In 2017, “Ask For a Dentist” was added to the Asian Festival, becoming fully self-sustained by dental students and faculty professors.
The Asian Festival Dental Screening provides free dental screening, fluoride varnish, free orthodontic screening, "Ask for a Dentist" service, and education. In addition to these services, there are raffles and free product giveaways.
The Asian Festival Dental Screening is hosted by the Asian Pacific Student Dental Association (APSDA) with the ongoing support of APDAS.

The Asian Pacific Dental Alumni Society is non-profit organization, and relies on the generous donations and support of people and businesses looking to make a difference in the under-served Asian communities within central Ohio.
Gain visibility for your business or brand by donating 50 toothbrushes/toothpaste packages to patients in need. Your business will also be able to distribute your company brochures and business cards.
